FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Are we limited to set themes?
The messaging themes are workshopped with you during the content planning call. We use your careers page and company linked in profile as input materials but understand that these may not reflect your latest messaging.
Do employees need any filming experience?
No filming experience is required. We use content prompts that have been agreed with you in advance to guide the conversation, ensuring natural and engaging content.
How long does filming take?
We schedule 30 minute slots to keep things relaxed, but the camera usually rolls for 10 to15 minutes per employee. In that time we'll typically capture ~1,000 words of content, and 80% will be amazing!
Can we approve the content?
Yes, you have total control over the content. We provide you with a full transcript the next day so you can highlight the best bits or flag anything that isn't right..
Where can we share the videos?
Anywhere your talent audiences are looking: on social media, your career page, in video job ads, and paid hiring campaigns.
Can I download the videos?
Yes, you can export the videos anytime for up to 12 months (multiple resolutions available) in the Loving Work Studio. You can also extend your access to Loving Work Studio with as required.
Are there any other costs?
We charge Travel (based on standard rail cost) and VAT is added. There are no hidden costs.
